Natalie Anderson Interview

8 Feb

There is no denying that Natalie Anderson is one very popular winner of Survivor. The San Juan Del Sur champ has amassed quite a large fan base since her season and her win was one of the most popular in the history of the show. But just how did Natalie go from seeing her twin sister voted out first and a couple of ‘near yet so far’ opportunities on The Amazing Race to a millionaire winner of the biggest reality show around? And which previous Survivor winner did she take inspiration from to make sure that her strategy worked?

Jaclyn Schultz Interview

8 Feb

Early on it didn’t look too good for Jaclyn Schultz on San Juan Del Sur. Losing her early alliance of Nadiya, she soon looked like she would be an early boot and it was a matter of when not if. However a switch came, her boyfriend joined her and things went from bad to brilliant. On a season that was filled with shocks at every corner, there was no shock bigger than the blindside of one of the power players on San Juan Del Sur Jeremy Collins. In our chat with him he talks about just why he still isn’t quite over his vote out and just what John Rocker said to him after the game was over.

Dale Wentworth Interview

8 Feb

Dale Wentworth started the 29th season of San Juan Del Sur looking very likely he could be the first booted contestant. He turned this around fairly quickly and survived long enough to the switch but that’s when it all fell apart. After seeing his daughter taken out, a last ditch plan and a fake idol tried to keep him around but it was never going to be enough. Dale joins us to chat about his time on the show, telling us just how close he and Kelley were to being on The Amazing Race and dishing the dirt on just why he doesn’t like Missy and Baylor.

Kelley Wentworth Interview

8 Feb

Despite the fact that Kelley Wentworth didn’t go as far as she would like on the 29th season of San Juan Del Sur, the fan community has rallied around her since her time on the show and she has fast become one of the biggest fan favourites from the series. Showing large potential from the start of the game, it took a tribal switch to sadly end her game prematurely. And in an extremely entertaining interview Kelley takes us through her game, how she could’ve changed her fate and just what the relationship is currently like with Baylor and Missy after the season.

Lynne Spillman Interview

22 Jan

When it comes to the person who has been more responsible for putting each player you have ever seen on Survivor, there is nobody else you need to look for than Lynne Spillman. A casting director for close to 20 years, Lynne has been involved in the casting of every single contestant from the show and has seen the show develop from piles of VHS tapes on her desk right through to the modern days of paperless applications. And in a rare interview, Lynne reveals her thoughts on the cast of the new season of Worlds Apart and why they might just be the closest cast ever assembled, and going over details from which player was recruited twice and just how close we are to an all winners season.
